The Manhattan Beach Observer

The MBRA newsletter, Observer, is mailed to MBRA members and others interested in issues that affect residents throughout Manhattan Beach. TheObserver is recognized by the City Council and they have designated a seat at Council Meetings alongside those of the Daily Breeze, Beach Reporter, Easy Reader, and Manhattan Beach Sun.
