Manhattan Beach City Council Meetings are held on the first and third Tuesdays of each month in Council Chambers at 1400 Highland Avenue. Council Meeting Agendas are available online at on Friday evenings before the scheduled meetings. The City Clerk also makes an agenda package available for public viewing 24 hours a day at the Police Department on the Friday prior to City Council meetings. The package is placed at the Police Department at 5:00pm. An agenda package is also available for public viewing at the Public Library and the City Clerk's Office during normal business hours.
The City Council meetings are televised on Cable TV: Time-Warner Channel 8, and Verizon Channel 35.
Planning Commission meetings are held the second and fourth Wednesday of each month at 6:30pm in Council Chambers at 1400 Highland Avenue. These meetings are also televised on Time Warner Channel 8, and Verizon Channel 35.
